DMCA Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026

FreeUtilityTools respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright

FreeUtilityTools is a browser-based utility website. All file processing happens client-side on the user's device — we do not store, host, or transmit any user files. Users retain full ownership of their files before, during, and after using our tools.

All written content, code, designs, and other creative works published on this website are either original works created by FreeUtilityTools or properly licensed third-party content. We take copyright seriously and will respond promptly to any legitimate complaint.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content published on FreeUtilityTools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at the contact details below. Your notice must include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the work you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to the original, or a description of the work).
  • Identification of the infringing material — The URL or specific location on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  • Your contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement of accuracy — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Where to Send Your Notice

Send your DMCA notice by email to:

DMCA Agent — FreeUtilityTools

Email: axionix.hub@gmail.com

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content we removed or disabled was not infringing, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

5. Repeat Infringers

FreeUtilityTools will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

6. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Please be aware that submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for misrepresentation. Only submit a DMCA notice if you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf, and genuinely believe your rights have been infringed.
